A visible inventory and operating model
We review accounts, resources, applications and dependencies to identify who administers each component. Access, environments and records needed for incidents are defined. Monitoring focuses on relevant signals such as availability, capacity and application errors. Alerts require owners and escalation criteria; enabling a tool does not by itself establish continuous human coverage or guarantee that someone will respond at any hour.
Changes that can be repeated and reviewed
Repositories, environment configuration, build processes and deployments can be organized according to the project. Delivery automation includes agreed checks and approvals before production. Containers and other tools are chosen when they provide operational value. Procedures explain how to deploy, verify and restore an earlier version where feasible, including data dependencies that may limit rollback and must be considered before a change is released.
Recurring service with explicit boundaries
We agree update tasks and reviews of consumption, capacity and backups. The contract distinguishes platform, application and third party services to prevent gaps in responsibility. Hours, response objectives and special on call coverage depend on contracted capacity. The proposal identifies external cloud costs and administration fees separately. Periodic reports support review of incidents, changes and improvement opportunities using evidence from actual operations.
