How do I request a proposal?
Complete the enquiry form. WhatsApp opens with your formatted details; review and send the message. Start with your goal, current process and preferred timeline.
Do you work outside Lima?
We can coordinate projects and remote assistance for businesses in other Peruvian cities. On-site visits, logistics and specific coverage are confirmed in each proposal.
What does support include?
Hours, channels, responsibilities and response times are defined in the contracted agreement. Continuous monitoring or support is not included in every project.
Can I manage my website?
Projects using AEL CMS allow editing of the agreed fields: content, images, SEO and shared elements. New features or design changes are evaluated as project improvements.
How do QR payments work?
The store records the order and its totals before showing the merchant-configured QR. Submit the transaction reference and keep your receipt. Confirmation depends on Dialesoft verifying the payment in its account.
Can you recover my password through this form?
Do not send passwords or access keys through commercial enquiry forms. Contact support to arrange a process appropriate to your situation.
What about the Labs tools?
The first projects are hosted on joeperu.com and open in another tab. Report problems with the tool name, browser and observed behavior, without sharing sensitive information.
