Choose a problem with measurable value
We identify recurring reading, classification, search or drafting tasks. Expected value is compared with cost, data quality and the impact of errors. An internal assistant might help locate policies and documentation while people validate important decisions. Indicators and a limited pilot are defined before expanding the solution to additional users or workflows, making the business case easier to assess.
Design information access and boundaries
We establish which documents the solution can access, who can use it and which information must not be sent to external services. Generated responses can contain errors, so references, escalation paths and human review are included where appropriate, especially for sensitive actions. Providers, data handling terms and usage costs are evaluated with your team before business information is connected to the system.
Evaluate before expanding
The pilot includes real questions, expected answers, ambiguous cases and requests outside the intended scope. We measure usefulness and errors against an agreed evaluation set. Instructions, sources and update criteria are documented. Pricing separates implementation, model services and maintenance. Expansion requires continued review of permissions, demand and quality, since a successful demonstration does not represent every scenario that may arise in production.
