Begin with business questions
We identify recurring decisions and the information missing from them. Revenue, margin, stock turnover and collections can mean different things across departments. Formulas, periods, owners and detail levels are agreed to create consistent indicators. Access to sensitive information is also reviewed. The first output is a metric catalog that gives teams a shared basis for discussing performance and avoids charts without a clear purpose.
Prepare trustworthy data
We assess spreadsheets, databases and available systems alongside quality, access and refresh frequency. Cleaning, relationships and transformations are documented. Missing data and inconsistencies are made visible, with corrections proposed to the responsible department. A dashboard cannot make an incomplete source reliable, which is why validation and reconciliation against original records are part of the design rather than an afterthought once visuals are published.
Dashboards your team can use
Power BI or another tool is selected according to users, licenses and integration needs. We organize a clear reading path, relevant filters and agreed access levels. Results are tested with business users, and refresh and maintenance procedures are documented. The proposal separates design, data preparation, licensing and operations. Metric ownership and future questions are addressed so the model can evolve without losing consistency.
